Following our recent partnership with TripAdvisor, we launched the The Explorer Pass as one of the first Open Pass products available for purchase via their website at the end of August. And the response so far has been very positive!
The Explorer Pass is an added value Visitor Pass covering Warwickshire which was created in partnership with Shakespeare’s England – the official tourism body for the area. The pass gives free entry to 17 top attractions in Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and beyond and is available as a 1, 2 or 3-day pass.
We have been working hard over the summer months to increase sales of The Explorer Pass and launching the pass with websites such as TripAdvisor and Expedia is an important part of the ongoing strategy to boost sales into 2020 and beyond.
Since launching with TripAdvisor, we have had a steady flow of sales with the 2-day pass proving the most popular. We have also had some excellent feedback – with customers rating the pass as either 4-star or 5-star and excellent value for money.
Here at Open Pass we know how effective Visitor Passes can be as a complete destination offer. A pass is a great tool for local hotels and VICs for boosting tourism in an area whilst enhancing customer experience and offering value for money.
And we’re certain that the positive start for The Explorer Pass on TripAdvisor will continue as more visitors to Warwickshire make the most of their time in the area and enjoy all the pass has to offer.
